  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the work that I do as it is sometimes challenging. I enjoy my team because they are all friendly and although we work hard we also have fun and joke sometimes and make conversation. It met my expectations but I didn't expect my job to be so friendly as well as being very professional.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Aon?
  • I feel quite valued and I feel that my manager appreciates my role and benefits from the work that I do. My manager also appreciates that I have only just left school and as a result I cannot do every piece of work that people give me. However, I feel valued because quite often I get the chance to do work that really challenges me and therefore on completion I get good recognition.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Induction was well structured as it was 2 weeks in length - the first week being meeting the other apprentices and enhancing my social skills, whilst the second week helped me with my insurance technical knowledge. Studying for professional exams is structured as I attend regular revision sessions. My team hierarchy is clearly outlined and I am well aware with a clear understanding of who does what in the team.
