  • it's thoroughly engaging, in depth and far reaching. It will prove all the necessary skills to work as a competent Project Manager

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Despite the constraints we are facing with COVID-19, Babington are still delivering the course to all delegates in a online capacity. They have adapted their style to deliver it to the same high standards as a face-to-face.

  • Lots, E.ON have been extremely supportive of the apprenticeship and ensure I get time to complete my coursework.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Again lots, Babington are there every step of the way. their online hub is full of resources and relevant info to help with the content needed for the course. Their trainers are on hand to answer and support any questions or queries I've have.

  • It really adds depth to the projects in involved in. Having the information from the course allows me to make better choice about the structure to my projects

  • Yes

  • They are extremely supportive with personal development, many career choices, progression is fantastic and salary and benefits are very competitive.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON?
  • Research the business area you're applying for - there is so much more going on than just Gas & Electricity. Be prepared to bring your A Game, if you're a keen worker you'll get on great here!
