  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The apprenticeship has so far exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the workplace is extremely friendly and helpful if I ever need help with anything. The work I am given is challenging enough that I learn from it, but it is also within the scope of my capabilities.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is very well structured right from the first day. The induction was easy and quick. The support and training I have received is excellent and I am more than happy with it. Studying is a mix of both independent learning and taught by a tutor.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are plenty of extra activities offered at HPE consisting of social, educational, professional, and sports activities. We often have a few days a month where we are able to work on our own projects which allow us to learn and explore/develop new technologies and concepts. These are a useful learning experience and you see a lot of interesting concepts developed by colleagues.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Hewlett Packard Enterprise to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity for an apprenticeship. The training is excellent, everyone is very friendly and helpful, the workplace is comfortable, and there is plenty of facilities here to ensure that you are comfortable and you can work productively. The flexible hours and the ability to work from home helps to prevent stress if you ever can't get to work in time or can't get to work at all.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
  • Make sure that you are honest on your application and make sure you include as many skills that you have as you can in your application. When you go to an interview with HPE you should be confident and don't worry about it. The interviewers are very friendly and reassuring during the process. Don't be afraid to ask questions. The on boarding process is very easy and stress free.
