  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • At the start i was unclear on what was expected, and covid 19 has brought virtual online sessions in rather than classroom ones. I miss the class room based ones as it gives more opportunity to be interactive and learn from each other

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The online sessions have been booked in advance i know when they are and have structure. there is a variance between the tutors assigned to Bedford and Nottingham, which needs to be addressed. Nottingham seem to be getting more information and support from tutors

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My line manager is very good, she offers her support and encourages me to think about what i am doing that can be included in my course if i need time to complete it as long as i log it in my email calendar the time is ok

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Until yesterday i had only had the online work package sessions with him. All of the Bedford group felt that we did not know what we were supposed to be doing. He has called me now and gone through what i have done so far and i am now happy that i am on the right track with my course

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am really happy that what i am learning is helping with my role. There is more opportunity within EON to show what i am learning and help shape projects correctly It is still early in the course we have only completed the induction and project fundamentals. However the future modules will really help bring my skills together and be a really great asset to Eon that can lead and deliver projects effectively
