  • I have developed many skills over the past 12 months. One of the most important for my job is presentation skills in which I have had lots of valuable training on and improved massively.

  • When completing my porgramme I met some brilliant people and learn some skills that not only helped with my job but my personal development.

  • The company had a clear structure in which helped me learn and develop over the 12 months.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • When joining the company one thing I was proud to be apart of was the culture. This culture in which everyone supports and helps everyone is brilliant. I also received support from mentors.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I recieved support throughout and was never left feeling worried about my work. I was always supported and helped throughout.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • They helped me develop skills in areas I had previously struggled with. Not only this but they helped me understand the business I work in.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes there are many activities. I have played football for the company and am also part of the Charity outreach programme in which encourages people to get involved supporting charities.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because HPE is a fun, Friendly and great place to work. The culture to support and develop in whatever role you work in is brilliant. Seeing the progression of people in the business motivates and shows what HPE are all about.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
  • Be yourself. Everyone is different and will find the right role for them.
