I have developed many skills over the past 12 months. One of the most important for my job is presentation skills in which I have had lots of valuable training on and improved massively.

When completing my porgramme I met some brilliant people and learn some skills that not only helped with my job but my personal development.

The company had a clear structure in which helped me learn and develop over the 12 months.

When joining the company one thing I was proud to be apart of was the culture. This culture in which everyone supports and helps everyone is brilliant. I also received support from mentors.

I recieved support throughout and was never left feeling worried about my work. I was always supported and helped throughout.

They helped me develop skills in areas I had previously struggled with. Not only this but they helped me understand the business I work in.

Yes there are many activities. I have played football for the company and am also part of the Charity outreach programme in which encourages people to get involved supporting charities.
