  • Communication, analytical, the ability to piece together small parts of a puzzle to see the bigger picture.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Every day at work is different, it doesn't even feel like work! The education side of things provides a nice break from the work environment.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Dedicated apprenticeship manager who looks after all aspects of the scheme for you. Everyone knows what they are doing week in week out.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Employer always happy to assist. Support past the apprenticeship scheme is also there, with the potential to further studies.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Employer provides better support than training provider. Training provider gets poorer throughout the scheme as the emphasis is put more on self study. However, the employer has a good influence over the training provider.

  • Qualification has little relevance to the role, but is required as a qualification almost always is to prove 'competence'.

  • Sports teams and networking events such as lunch times are always encouraged and frequently happen

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Best organisation I have worked at as far as work life balance. Lots of opportunities available so if the team is not for you, you can change within a short amount of time.

  • Communication and team working skills are key!
