    • Data analytics, communication, time management. Picked up SAS & Python

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I like it and would recommend to other graduates, except Kaplan's apprenticeship. People from Kaplan are all very nice, it's just the apprenticeship not being a proper fit for personal development and the fact we were not provided with alternative before signed up for it.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Very organized and well designed for a graduate to understand how a bank would function. Especially good to develop network within the bank and picking up skills along the way.

    • As a graduate I appreciate help from both the emerging talent team and functional team throughout four placements. Colleagues and line managers really care you as a person and ensure I could achieve my best.

    • I feel very supported from my talent coach

    • I think this qualification, unfortunately, is a drag of time rather than something substantially contributing for my personal development.

    • Yes

    • It cares individual as a person and really tries to enable people to perform the best; opportunities available internationally; could develop rounded understanding of a bank and the system

    • Be yourself and give it your best, don't think too much about what you don't know, ask and do something.
