  • My day to day job involves being part of an internal technical support team who help with tasks such as documentation creation, sanctions and winning new business.

  • I have learnt many new skills specifically related to insurance but also developed skills such as organisation and communication techniques.

  • I really enjoy my programme.

  • I think it is well organisation. We have time to plan ahead and know what is expected of us in the long term.

  • Everyone is really supportive and always helps us when we need it.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We have catch ups every 6 weeks and can always email in between.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The job role I do complements the qualifications and vice versa. It has learning both parts much easier.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We have professional networking events. Events called 'lunch and learns' once a month where we get to listen to a guest speaker talk about an area of WTW. Also have team socials where we go out together.

  • Yes

  • I have loved the experience of working for WTW. I do't really have any areas to fault them on.

  • Be confident and do some research. Ask lots of questions and don't be shy.
