  • Very valued as an apprentice. Company acknowledge that we are the future of the company.

  • Workplace very well structured. College no so, some tutors lack skills to relate to students or give adequate feedback for reflection.

  • As much, or as little as you need.

  • Whenever you need it, its there. Other employees are also willing to help.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It doesn't even come close currently. After relocating and the cost of fuel and food the salary does not match my outgoings at this time. However with pay rises every 6 months it should balance out soon.

  • Yes, there are many opportunities to support events going on around the country.

  • Yes

  • Jaguar value you as a person, supporting your needs and offering a good opportunity to climb the ladder.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLR?
  • Get as much experience in the automotive field as possible before you apply. Showing you have an enthusiasm for this industry is as good, if not more important than a bit of paper with a grade on it.
