I get involved in Data Science Projects dealt by the specific department within Santander and simultaneously learn on the job, by also getting trained from the chosen training provider.

Sometimes we get to do things in our role that we haven't been trained for from our training provider, because our training provider follows a slower pace in training us to make sure everyone is composing the knowledge at the required level. But, everything we learn helps a lot in bettering our performance

There are a lot of social and professional networking events at work that do happen frequently enough to support us in every step.
