Carry out viewings at void properties. Sign up tenants for the properties. Estate management. Ensure tenants sustain their tenancies. Deal with rent visits. Deal with anti social behaviour. Deal with repairs.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt about coaching and mentoring. The skills to be a manger. How to ensure my team is successful and deal with challenges.

I find it interesting and very useful. It has helped broaden my knowledge.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is organinsed and well structured and sufficient pupil participation and interactive.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

A great deal. I am encouraged to progress with the course and get involved in scenarios to complete my tasks. I am regularly asked by my manager how I am getting on with the course.

Constant support and my tutor is very knowledgeable

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am able to address things with different perspectives.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We try and get together as much as possible having team lunches. Our manager is an amazing cook and has cooked lunch and brought it in to work for us to enjoy. This is her way of showing her appreciation for your hard work.
