I am in a front role office job, with the high-touch trading desk. I perform data analytics and try and help make the running of the business more efficient.

It has a great community environment, I have learned so much and the flat corporate structure has given me great exposure to senior managers

Research the company well, any area you can show off your knowledge about what they do will show your interest and enthusiasm. Plus apply as soon as they open
