  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the freedom they allow you to have and the fact its treated more of a job rather than an apprenticeship. Also the fact i work with such a diverse bunch of people that i take and learn new things from everyday. I also love coming to work and being the fact its in canary wharf makes it so much closer for me.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel its somewhat structured but needs a bit more planning on the company's side. fair enough were the first apprentices ever to be hired on site but i think more thought should of gone into the process. however the programme is getting better with more support from HR helping the apprentices.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of help fro the company to be honest. they've placed me with support from the beginning and took it slow when it came to showing us the rules and how the business is ran. We also get a work buddy who helps us with our coursework and guides us through the course.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • This one is yet to be spoke on yet. I feel BPP are very very disorganised. I feel next time they should let apprentices know exactly what the course details of and what qualification can you take and use towards the future. We get support but it needs to be better and consistent.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Well my qualification is Business admin level 3 which I've already completed in school. However the qualification helps hand in hand right now whilst working at the FOS. The main duties entail high admin skills that I've learnt through the qualification that help me get through work.
