  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme a lot. I feel I am able to do the work that is given to me. I appreciate the challenge of doing difficult work and appreciate the support I receive from my manager. I think the work I get from BPP is good. I would prefer if BPP came to the workplace to see their apprentices in action.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that some of the work that I do for my qualification form the training provider is helpful and applicable to the work. It helps me perform better to a certain extent, however a lot of work is based on theory that ain't applicable. But there is a lot you can take from your qualification and transfer it over to your work.
