  • I work in Trade Surveillance and my role is to prevent and detect any Market Abuse that may occur

  • I have learnt and developed many new skills since joining.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find the programme very interesting and it isn't repetitive therefore I really enjoy it.

  • I think for a relatively new programme, it is well organised, however I do feel that some things could be communicated to us better, in particular next steps.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive all the support I need, I am constantly told that the support is there if I need it and it is always there if I ask for any help.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There are lots of online tools to help preparing for the exam, I found the exam much easier with the content they provided.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I definitely think through the qualification I am doing that I am gaining a greater understanding of my role and in particular it helps me to see the bigger picture of what we are doing.

  • Yes there are lots of options, there are sports teams, networking events and clubs/societies

  • Yes

  • I feel it is a great place to work, I thoroughly enjoy my time there, you are supported in every way possible, not just with the apprenticeship and I feel it puts you in a great position for your career.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to UBS?
  • Make sure you look into the company and see what we stand for and the UBS values are very important and we should display them in all work we do.
