My Role involves me helping out by refreshing queries, making manual adjustments and checking over commentary to see if it looks good.
My IT skills have greatly improved along with my communications skills
Yes I do because everyone is really friendly and easy to talk to
The start of the programme was very good as I had a week induction where I got to meet all the other apprentices. In terms of my qualification the organisation could've been better.
If you're stuck on something or have an issue there are generally a lot of people you can talk to
The training resources are good but its not easy to contact them
It has improved my understanding of certain terms I hear around the office a lot and has also helped me with understanding my work better
