  • Yes I do because everyone is really friendly and easy to talk to

  • The start of the programme was very good as I had a week induction where I got to meet all the other apprentices. In terms of my qualification the organisation could've been better.

  • If you're stuck on something or have an issue there are generally a lot of people you can talk to

  • The training resources are good but its not easy to contact them

  • It has improved my understanding of certain terms I hear around the office a lot and has also helped me with understanding my work better
