  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Unfortunately my program hasn't been the best organised due to the companies big merge at the beginning of the year. I went the first few months without a coach as she was off so we were mostly just researching about the company. I feel as though the move to Edinburgh has been a big move for everyone and lots of people had to re-adjust to their new working schedule and this made it more difficult for us to be properly trained in the role.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel like the qualification is very accurate representation of developing business admin skills. The qualifications are very based around office life and business admin. I feel it is a general qualification rather than specific to my role as my role is alot more than business admin based but the booklets help with the qualification
