Process and manage personnel information. Deal with sensitive information, acting in a professionally manner by dealing with private and confidential information. Providing relevant paperwork for new starters and leavers. Creating reports and analyzing the data to ensure consistency is being followed to reflect policy's and procedures. I'm also responsible for managing a team of 3 administrators
Better my understanding regarding the company's policy's and how these are more of a legal requirement and what the company does that gives a little extra to their employees
Additional Support offered outside of college hours, lessons are pre-planned and structured well
