I look after the setup of all the MDA, Gardening and SDA products on the website as well as improving how we sell the products and search functionality for how our customers find their way around the site.
Yes i'm learning new skills on a weekly sometimes daily basis since i started 10 years ago.
We've only really started the programme to be honest. It's good but it's very hard trying to fit it round our normal work schedule.
It's very well structured so far, we're getting good support and feedback from our course tutor, just a shame it's been put on hold due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Minimal
It's been good so far but we're only a couple of months into the course.
In the first couple of months i've already learnt new skills that have improved how I work not just with in my own team but across the business too.

Yes
I've been here for 10 years and we're grown from a small retailer to very big in a short period of time and it's a great family atmosphere. It doesn't feel like work.
Simply be yourself.
