    • There is not enough space to write everything I have learnt and developed. I have categorically improved whilst doing this course.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I am loving the programme, it is better than I expected and my expectations were high! It has improved my work with my team and worked hard to be relevant and in keeping with my company culture.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • It is brilliantly organised and structured. This is something I really would've struggled with if it wasn't done well, but fortunately I have all the information I need to do the studying and make sure meetings and delegation fit around the studying.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • My Manager has been amazing! I have guidance on any problems and they are so supportive me putting in the time to improve and develop. I am so grateful and overwhelmed by the support. It has been made really easy for me to do what I need to.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • The provider has been fantastic! I have a wonderful tutor who has provided all the support I need and has all the time to answer any questions I have. Everyone that I've met from the training provider has been brilliant.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • The qualification is helping me in role on a daily basis. It has developed my confidence and helped me in day to day tasks. I feel I am better position to support my team, my company and my clients.

    • There are company events and options to get involved in a number activities outside of work.
