enjoy the work place, don't enjoy the way the college base stuff is set out
College/NVQ assessment is very well organised, lot of things have been cancelled and not done. The work place structure in my factory is great, couldn't ask for better
The support in my factory is great from all the other engineers and my engineering manager.
limited, have been without a tutor for some college blocks, had a number of different assessors changing the way they do the qualification.
A lot of the units are taught to complete the assignments rather than to link into factory life.
