  • enjoy the work place, don't enjoy the way the college base stuff is set out

  • College/NVQ assessment is very well organised, lot of things have been cancelled and not done. The work place structure in my factory is great, couldn't ask for better

  • The support in my factory is great from all the other engineers and my engineering manager.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • limited, have been without a tutor for some college blocks, had a number of different assessors changing the way they do the qualification.

  • A lot of the units are taught to complete the assignments rather than to link into factory life.
