  • As a Cloud Engineering Apprentice, my day to day role includes resolving tickets from people using Azure - Microsoft's cloud service. I also assist in the organisation of Microsoft Azure training for colleagues, across the organisation as well as helping to manage my Teams SharePoint web-page

  • I have learned about cloud platforms along with other technical skills learnt through my training provider. My communications skills both written and verbal have improved.

  • There are lots of networks to get involved in, there is one for everyone

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a great working environment and good pay. Everyone I have communicated with within the company are extremely friendly.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW?
  • With regards to the interviewing process, though researching the company and the job role is important they are looking more into you as a person, what you value and how you can be a strong contribution to their team/ the company as a whole
