  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I have a Change Manager role. I am the change assistant. This involved facilating meetings and taking minutes. I maintain weekly and monthly reports. Raising Change Request from the customer and sending them out the appropriate people. Collecting impacts and sending Change Proposals out to impacting teams. Reviewing Commercial Terms and Change Proposals.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have recieved a Level 3 BTec in Business and Admisinstrations and am currently working on a Level 3 NVQ for Business and Administration. I have gone on training courses such as 'lean' I have learnt professional skills that are transferable to any future jobs

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the apprenticeship programme. I am very fortunate with the people i work with and the company i work for. The programme has beaten all expectation i had for it and i throughly enjoy it.

  • I see my training provider on a monthly basis. But he is always at hand via email or phone. He gives good guidence and has a very positive attidude.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Unfortunatly i live by myself so i have relatively high living expenses. This can make it struggle. Luckily i live very close to work so have no traval cost. Social cost are non exsistant as all my money goes on rent, concil tax, bills, food etc. However, i do recieve enough to pay my rent and bills. But social costs and luxuries

  • Social Events are organised outside of work which are great fun.
