My role is in operational test. I run tests and check their performance in order add a level of confidence in the application before it is passed onto the live team.
I have learnt many new skills including java development, JMeter script witting and unix
I enjoy my work, it challenges me everyday
The program is well organised, the college sometimes has difficulty organizing some things but overall the quality is high.
Over the duration of the apprenticeship the support has gradually eased off, this is expected and has allowed me to become more independent.
I receive support whilst at the college, but they can be poor with replying to emails.
There isnt much crossover between my role at work and my college work, so it doesnt specifically help my role.
There are too many to choose from, there is a sense on community
Yes
It is a great opportunity
Be confident and be a team player
