On a day to day basis I work in the research and development of late stage pharmaceuticals. Focussing on stability testing and comparator testing for clinical trials

The university itself did very well. However when it came to the apprencite qualification there was a huge lack of communication and even false statements that without completion of the apprentice qualification we wouldn’t get our degree

9b. Why?

The hours to complete an apprenceship are longer than many imagine. It is also somewhat unrewarding, for example if you have been at the company several years, a new starter will/may be paid more than you, as even though you have spent years at the company this doesn’t take much weight as you were an apprentice.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GSK?

Apply for a role that allows you to move around positions.
