I feel I have developed some existing skills in my job role as some of the modules I chose were relevant to my job.
I enjoyed the programme, my tutor was extremely approachable & helpful with any queries that I had. She visited me every month and set work for the month.
I thought the programme was well structured, enabling me to choose modules that were relevant to my current job.
My employer were very supportive and encouraging, I have since attended a workshop to be an apprenticeship champion enabling me to encourage staff to sign up to an apprenticeship.
The training provider were very supportive, my tutor was always available by phone or email and responded very quickly to any queries.
I feel that my qualification helps me to perform tasks better in my job role as I have researched in depth some tasks which has enabled me to assess how I do some of these tasks in a more timely manner.
We have a lot of extra - curricular activites for example walks, choir, book clubs, also fundraising activities.
