  • My role is to ensure that the lines are kept running with high reliability figures. I also need to conduct PPMs and also reactive maintenance on the machinery.

  • everyday I am getting better at my job. new skills are learnt through training or as and when a specific job comes available for me to work on.

  • I enjoy the programme because it is what I have always wanted to do. the role is very hands on and can be very physically challenging and mentally challenging, which I enjoy

  • the programme is structured well. I have regular meetings with my manger and any concerns are addressed

  • my manager takes great interest in me to make sure I am doing all that I can, people are happy to help me become a great engineer here and have no issues at all in that respect.

  • tutors are knowledgeable and teach us to the best of their ability.

  • the qualifications help give me the theory behind the work I do and helps me better understand what I am actually doing practically. it has also help change my mindset and how I approach engineering tasks.

  • there are small after work activities such as sports and social gatherings.

  • Britvic is a great company to work for who really look after the workforce. we get the training we need and we are made to feel like they want the best for us

  • Britvic like to employ people who have already shown an interest in what they are applying for, for example doing some previous experience in the chosen job you are applying for.
