  • My role is very varied and interesting, as it changes day by day. Typically it involves following a method to complete different types of analysis. This is completed on a wide variety of instruments - meaning you gain lots of experience and are trained well, in order for you to be the most useful and helpful apprentice you can be.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love my apprenticeship programme! I love the fact my job is very varied, and the induction programme ensured i was familiar with my workplace, encouraged us all to bond and make friends and the training programme was excellent. The placements are well organised and my fellow lab techs are not only very good friends but they are excellent colleagues who are always willing to help - and if it wasnt for the trining programme and induction i may not have formed such good bonds with them.
