  • I have learnt and developed ground knowledge about different types of insurance and developed my communication skills.

  • I would have preferred it more if I had more guidance and someone to teach me things along the way. I feel that I should know more than I do, having been there nearly two years.

  • The apprenticeship programme itself in terms of exams, studying, coursework and the support from your apprenticeship coach is great and well organised.

  • Not enough

  • A great deal. My coach was very nice and supportive.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helped me to understand different classes of business, so quite well, as I could be doing work for the Marine, Property or Non-Marine Team, therefore my qualification helped me to understand the teams more.
