My role in my store is to do everything a normal travel agent would do which is Service customers with a smile on my face and to the best of my abilities on what they require. I do payments, booking holidays, fx, customer service skills.
Yes!! I have learnt how to speak to customers, In a professional manner and tone I’ve also become more confident in myself and in my IT skills.
I do enjoy my programme but it has changed a few times while doing it which has throw me off and has made me less confident x
I feel that when we used a System called pivot it was very well put together, but now we have moved to forskills I feel it has taken me a while to get my head around it, as it is not as nice. Lay out!

Because it is a nice company to work for, and it has helped me a lot to improve on myself and taught me life lessons and made me a stronger person.
Be confident and calm when starting, don’t be afraid to ask questions, put a smile on and you can do anything.
