  • Handling new business clients and trying to transfer them over to Aon in terms of insurance, health and benefits & risk management. I have to approach markets and obtain renewal instructions for the client.

  • I have improved communication skills and Team work by working in a large team of 18 i have learnt how to action new roles.

  • I really enjoy everything about my apprenticeship, the team and the company offers me loads of opportunites.

  • Very structured was great to get the exam under my belt but end point assesment was too in depth

  • Lots of study days makes me look forward to future studies
