  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • On a day to day basis I look at tickets on Jira (ticket board) and I test them accordingly this could either be a manual or automation test which I complete. Then I update the ticket with the correct information so the team is able to see the if the ticket has passed or failed.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed it very much the experience is amazing and there is a sense of value and independence within the team. All apprentices have weekly meeting with their managers to discuss the apprenticeship and how the apprentice thinks it is going. This is helpful as it builds a strong relationship of understanding between the manger and the apprentice. Managers are very open and enjoy communicating with all members of the team.
