As well as developing my own skills I have also acheived Lean 6 Yellow Belt practioner and I am using the methodology in my role to aid performance. I have been involved in numerous projects in HR to compliment working towards the company strategy and I have been given the opportunity to redesign all the intranet pages fpr Resourcing for a slicker and more effective tool to aid manager support and self help.
I am thoroughly enjoying the programme and have learned so much in a short time frame. This has enabled me to have more business savvy conversations in the work place and also carry some of the learnings to managing my personal affairs. The support has been excellent throughout the programme.
The programme is structured very well and it allows plenty of time to study, reflect and build a continuous PDP.
My employer has been superb. They are very supportive and there is every opportunity for me to get involved in projects and meetings. They are also passionate about my 20% tracker, making sure that I take the time from BAU to focus on my additional learning and the benefits my development can bring to the business.
The training provider is there and on the coupple of occassions I have asked for assistance I have been completely supported.
The qualification helps me to have a broader understanding of the requirements of a HR professional and helps me to perform better in my role.
There are many additional activities through work that are open to me such as a running club, a choir, cycling club or book club and many more.
