    • I enjoy the mixture of full time work and part time university, being able to apply theory to a real working environment has benefits within university and in the workplace

    • There is differences in structure with university and work with some conflicts of interest, it can be difficult to reach the 20% off the job.

    • The employer offers a huge amount of support with a study room accessible 24/7 (due to the shift work) and time taken in work to complete assignments

    • We have visits from academic supervisors to monitor university/ work progress.

    • The university degree helps with learning parts about the business that you wouldn’t usually be able to see, for example sales and marketing assignments allowed me to spend time learning with the category team

    • Great opportunities to progress either as an apprentice or any employee due to the constant investment into operations
