A travel advisor role requires me to use sales techniques to sell holidays and provide the company with revenue. We also help customers with any queries that they may have about holidays they have booked, with TUI.
Sales techniques and being able to build rapport with customers.

There is a lot of structure to the apprentice scheme and also the general job.
