Aircraft Engineer Apprentice Review

My company is very useful and helpful for any queries I have. They will help me through these queries and guide me to succeed. My training provider. Provides us with key information in order for us to get qualifications and also life skills. My role at the moment consists of attending college and the hanger at holiday breaks

I have learnt skills from my company in which are mostly practical. At college I have learnt new skills in which are both practical and theory. These include knowledge about the aircraft itself and also key skills such as riveting. These skills I have learnt will be used throughout my career

My apprenticeship programme so far has been an enjoyable experience. I feel that I am learning a lot of key skills and information. Also I believe that A career is being made with my apprenticeship in which I would love to do for my lifetime job. Every bit of information I learn I try to needier that the skills stay in my head.

My apprenticeship programme seems very well organised. I know what is happening within my company and my apprenticeship at all times and can easily get information in hitch I need by asking. My apprenticeship seems to be running smoothly as all work is being done on time and I feel as if I am learning well

My employer gives much support on my work. If I require assistance then will help me to get this and resolve any issues. If I have any queries about anything my employer is easy to contact and will assist me with these. My employer has helped me through many of my queries.

When working towards my qualifications my employer will help me all the way. If I am to have any queries they will assist me with these. They also ensure that j am happy by frequently having meetings to see whether anything can be improved to make the apprenticeship run smoother

The qualifications in which I am currently completing will help me throughout my career as all the knowledge is needed and skills learnt will be used regularly through my career. These skills in which I am learning aids me to work independently at work to complete tasks correctly and to the correct standards.

There are many extra curricular activities in which I can get involved in at work. Throughout the year there are many events such as bike rides and football competitions in which I can get involved in. These events are usually for charity also therefore is also for a god cause.

I would recommend TUI to a friend as from being wit the company I feel respected and well treated at all times. Also, TUI supply good services in which help me to learn skills in which I will need for my whole career in which I believe t[TUI will aid me through my whole career.

Tips or advice that I would give to others applying would be to ensure that you are willing to work with others and also be able to work independently. Also, they must ensure that they are ready to learn new skills every day and be able to gain this knowledge as it will help them through their career.
