Hands on developer, architect and manager

Both: new skills around management and organisational structures, business environment and newer technologies. Developer existing in terms of coding.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Greatly enjoy it - it gives me dedicated timeout from my role to learn new skills, with assessments ensuring that I have to ensure that I have the time to understand it all.

Very good, no complaints

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot in terms of timeout to attend uni. I try to use my holidays up for doing other uni work, which is not ideal - mainly because I feel guilty leaving my team.

It varies across modules, but generally very good

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The main benefit so far has been to provide context around some of the organisational structure and updated development methods. I anticipate that cloud will also be very useful.

Yes, all of the above, but I generally don’t get involved
