  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It's pretty good, some modules are boring but I can see why we do them. The teaching in the technical subjects is excellent and I really enjoy the coding challenges.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer leaves me to do what I need to. There's no real training or apprenticeship type work and my mentor is very busy. I am given one day a week to work from home on Uni deadlines and complete any training I want.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Quite a lot. In first year we were spoon fed the assignments so it was very supported, but second year is better and we're given more scope to do independent learning.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My role requires PHP, JS, and C# none of which we learn in Uni. It has given me more confidence to go and learn new things, and the Java learning has helped with general coding.
