  • 4. How valued do you feel by Stellantis?
  • So far in each role I have been given far more responsibility than I expected which has helped my personal development. I have enjoyed the work I have been given in each role I have been in so far and all the teams I have worked with are extremely supportive and approachable, meaning if you are stuck, there is always someone around to help. The best part of the programme is the rotations, so we get to experience different areas of the business and we are treated like valuable employees in each area.
