4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

8/10

Overall, very well structured; the complexity comes from balancing the MSc aspect with the apprenticeship in the workplace.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

9/10

In terms of time, all is well. In terms of matching the apprenticeship with ongoing business demands, that's more difficult.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

8/10

Pretty good. I think they get a little impatient with my lack of understanding the apprenticeship program material, especially if I have a lot of support to do.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

8/10

From the aspect of learning technical skills, couldn't be happier. The less technical aspects, struggle to apply them in some ways.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

8/10

With a family, kids, no time.

9a. Would you recommend Fujitsu to a friend?

Yes

9b. Why?

The people, the opportunities.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fujitsu?

I would say to get in on the ground floor and work hard, actively seek out opportunities and be visible and active.
