  • Responsible for the overseeing the operation of on site bistro's/ restaurants within 16 Extra care and retirement living sites, to include client relations, monthly financial accounts,financial reporting of data, HR operations within my area, payroll and menu costing, management and creation.

  • Developed a clearer understanding of how people perceive me and how to adjust my skills in order to benefit from situations I otherwise may have struggled with before. The importance of all stakeholders within the business has also been a learning curve,

  • Great tutor, great people, plenty of networking. Has exceeded my expectatons.

  • Induction, support and organisation are all fantastic. Can't fault

  • Full support of l & d teams, senior management always happy to assist and attend review calls.

  • Full support. Great direction around the working HUB and always on call should you need further support outside of the bi-monthly sessions.

  • I believe that I have developed both as a manager and a person. The skills I have acquired are invaluable.

  • Yes

  • Very well structured and supportive company. Great chances of promotion if you are willing to work hard and a large range of courses to suit every need of the business.

  • Be honest. Be smart. Show willing and ask about the opportunities the company can give you. Invest in them and they will invest in your future.
