We have an Employee Car Scheme which allows you to order a brand new Peugeot/Citroën which is yours for a maximum of a year, all you do is pay a monthly fee which includes everything except your fuel...It even includes insurance which is incredible for young drivers!

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stellantis?
  • From previously working in the HR Training and Resourcing Team that recruit Business Apprentices I know that research and passion is very important. We like to see that our potential employees are passionate about the organisation and what it stands for. Be prepared. Allow plenty of time to complete your application form before the deadline and enough time to prepare before your interview. Before you send your application off, read it to yourself and make sure you do a spell check! Research the company and the different departments, have an idea on which department you would like to be placed into and research the role and requirements - Speak about how these relate to you! I would recommend practising interview questions and always backing up your answers using an example of a real life experience you've had, we love to hear this! And another tip would be to prepare questions you'd like to have answers for; you'll have the opportunity to ask these at your interview. Good luck!
