I am in charge on the clothing department within Poundland, but I also help on Poundland side aswell
yeah with every unit i'm learning new things that I didn't know before embarking on this

My assessor is supportive and gives me good and negative feedback
its helps me perform better because i'm learning things that I never knew and im trying to implement them within my role
there's not much extra curricular activities that we have at work, I do try and get involved with charity events when we hold them
