I am a team leader. I lead my team Of team members to do what is required to keep our shop safe, filled and legal for customers
I have a clearer knowledge of the business and what goes on from a managerial point of view
The programme was great in terms of the workshops and the tasks to complete on the e-learning pathway. I enjoyed it up into the end
It was fine to begin with. Towards the end the learning advisor left and I wasn’t allocated a new one until i contacted them. I had to take a maths test which changed twice during the programme with revision pages having no bearing on the actual test. I was told for my final tests I had covered all criteria the examiner was looking for. Upon doing the test I failed. I was confused as to why I was put forward with that info when clearly all criteria wasn’t covered
Manger and learner were fantastic until she left.
Enough. Others that struggled were Cast to the wayside it seemed. Especially people with family’s who struggled with the hours and additional homework
I feel it helps because it opened up opportunity’s in my job that I wouldn’t have been afforded otherwise
