Ensuring the smooth running of the business when opening, closing and throughout the day. Ensure any issues including maintenance are logged and dealt with correctly.
Yes, I have learnt a lot of things from my trainer along the course.

The programme was very organised and I had a lot of help available to me if I needed it.
My employer at the time offered no support at all, the only support I had was from my trainer.
