Duty managing a shift. From the hotel, bar and restaurant. Also dealing with cash and customers

I didn’t learn much skills. I just developed the skills I already had and a way of using them to the best of my abolity

I enjoyed my tutors as they helped me so much with my work and other skills that would of have impacted me
