I’m in charge of changing rooms over for guests who are staying with us. I have a team of 4 that I instruct on procedures and products. In charge of stock takes and keeping up to date with health and safe procedures.
Learn how to manage a bigger group if I needed to. How to manage my time better.
My trainer made it fun to learn and was always there to help.
Very well structured I always knew what had to be done and what I could do to help myself.
A lot greeneking paid for the course and helped by giving me the relevant time to complete my course.
Loads she was always there any day of the week. Showed me everythink I needed.
It helps me loads as now I have a qualification in the job role I’ve been doing for 8 years and I have to new view on my job role.

Lots of benefits in training and lots of support in bettering yourself.
Be prepared to work hard but it will all be worth it in the end.
