Working on the tills, shop floor giving excellent customer service to our customers. Top stock something I do on day to day basis. Sometimes on cleaning shift half3 half 7 so facing al the shop and tidying it by end of the night. But everyday not the same in Poundland
Yes I’m learning bout supervisor work and what that involves and the role there have to do. I’ve experienced existing skills within my customer service skill, bettering them so I can improve on them. In Poundland you learn something new everyday. I’m really enjoying learning different thing each day
I really enjoy my programme I though it would be a lot harder then what it is but I’m finding it great to be honest just wished there be more physical thing to do in shop instead of it all been working online to answer all question. I hope I have some training soon
Yes it well organised Chris hasn’t been able to come in and see me so he does a telephone appointment while is good. Sometime he’s come into the shop but it’s been my day off so he’ll ring to speak to me. It’s well managed with
Over this busy time there been one thing and another been going within Andy moving shop and getting new boss so not really had no support witch is understandable really. But I’m hoping I get more support when it calm down bit, which I’ve not need much support
Yeah I receive enough support from my training provider he’s very good Chris he’ll come in for a hit or so go though all my work ask me question explain to me if I don’t know them and help me have better understanding. Which is great much appreciated
It’s did me better understanding not just been a sale assistance help me to do supervise work which is great it help me everyday working at Poundland in my role like I said everyday different pick and learn things as we go on better then just writing it all the time
