  • My current role within the company is a trainee engineer, in this roll it involves maintaining the network and providing people with telephone or broadband services, this involves coming face to face with many different customers on a day to day basis.

  • I have learn many new skills as well as developing existing skills.

  • I enjoy my program a lot, its nice to be able to learn whilst doing the job but then also having the time to learn and develop the skills whilst face to face with an assessor

  • the structure of the programme is really good, it is very well organised for all types of people.

  • The employer offers a great amount of support and you get support from every engineer around you.

  • My training provider gives me all the support I need to working towards my qualification. he is very helpful and is always happy to help when I need it.

  • I feel it helps me perform better in my job.

  • yes there are many social activities you can get involved in as a group, in your patch area you do things as a team and set up local gatherings for things such as football or team meals.

  • I would definitely recommend BT to a friend because it gives you a sense of achievement when you complete a job, and it is a balanced learning journey.
