1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I take temporary control off the shop floor for 8 hours at a time. I look after a team of around 4- 10 people. I help serve great quality food at a fast pace.

I’ve learnt how to delegate and be more understanding. I’ve also learnt how to be more confident in my self and my abilities

I enjoy my programme and the work I do

I have meeting every 4 weeks at a minimum. I just wish the learning platform was better

Depending on the situation. If I need help with certain items I get a lot of support. When it comes to shift coverage I get none

It’s teaching me how to be better at my job and deal with certain situations in the correct manor. I’m also learning how to progress higher

Take everyday as a new lesson. Be open for new challenges
